I have over 8 years experience in customer services, working in a very busy doctors surgery in Dorridge from the age of 15.
I started off as an apprentice and managed to work my way up the ranks until eventually training to be Deputy Practice Manager.

After being told my talents were far greater than leafy Dorridge, I decided to go it alone and start my very own business!

I am now 23 years of age, and have certificates in Principles of Team Leading, Business and Administration, GDPR, Confidentiality, Customer Care, COSHH and many many more!
